I ordered the sympathy WHITE florist choice arrangement for a friend who lost his grandmother. Instead of getting a white arrangement they received a yellow arrangement full of sunflowers. This was not a happy occasion to receive a sunshine arrangement. When I called customer service the only thing she was willing to do was have the florist come and take back the flowers to re deliver the correct ones. Really? Take back the flowers? I will not be ordering from this site again.

The site was easy to use and items were clearly described. I am VERY happy that this florist delivers on Sunday! Unfortunately, the expedited delivery time I purchased was credited back after the delivery window expired; it was important to me that the flowers be delivered earlier in the day.
I was contacted by e-mail that my order could not be delivered until the next day. They were very courteous and concerned. They took care of the order the next day as promised.
The bouquette was so small! I also did not receive even the number of roses or lilies originally pictured on the site. I will never support fromyouflowers again if I have to pay THAT much for a terrible bouquette.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
