Small bouquet, thought it was going to be bigger
It was difficult to decide whether a regular or deluxe bouquet was better as the florist designed option does not have a picture of the different sizes. After I received it it was a nice presentation but I felt it could have been a bit larger for the money.
The flowers were beautiful, much more than I expected.

Easy ordering, but I was a little shocked at the delivery fee, which came out to almost 50% of the order price! I really hope the bouquet is very nice, that was a little more than I had planned for. I understand this is the regular delivery fee, and for the price of the bouquet including the fee it was a little small, but it was nice.
Your delivery fee is TOO high. The florists only charge $10.00. Upon delivery the card with the flowers contained 4 errors i.e. Capitalization, words run together etc. It was poorly professionally done. When I made a complaint and asked for a partial refund, I was given a mere 10%!
I will not use your service again!
Didn't know about the handling charge. On a budget.the flowers were vety hot and losing there petels when my wife recieved them late in the day
While the flowers were nice, and I was incredibly thankful that I could have a same day delivery, the order was not properly fulfilled. The size she received was the deluxe instead of the premium ($8.00 loss), there was only one mylar balloon instead of two ($5.00 loss), and only two regular balloons instead of three ($3.00 loss). When she sent me the picture, I was pretty disappointed.
Instead of contacting a local florist in Texas, I Googled a florist near the Missouri town I wanted to deliver to. I couldnt believe how quickly they were ready to deliver - same day service. My relative was happy to receive such a beautiful arrangement. And I was happy to get a good product and great customer service at a very reasonable price.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.
