Ordered flowers 45 minutes before the cutoff for same day.
I was called later saying they couldn't fulfill the order that day. They offered an upgrade and sent an apology with the flowers the next morning.

My Uncle died September1,2013. I had wanted my Aunt to receive the flowers on September 1,2014.

I understand that it is Labor Day and the florist would be closed. But I was disappointed that they were unable to deliver the flowers on Saturday.
