I was called later saying they couldn't fulfill the order that day. They offered an upgrade and sent an apology with the flowers the next morning.

My Uncle died September1,2013. I had wanted my Aunt to receive the flowers on September 1,2014.

The flowers were not delivered on time and I paid extra for this.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
