I was wondering why I was charged a "quick ship" fee, as the flowers weren't supposed to be delivered until today, August 29. Unfortunately, they were delivered a day early, which pretty much messed up our plans for my Mom's birthday. She called to thank me for the flowers, and I had to back-peddle because the rest of her birthday surprises were (and still are) going to happen today.
She absolutely loved the flowers, which is obviously a good thing. However, since they came a day early it threw a wrench into our plans. Nonetheless, the flowers looked beautiful and she was happy, so I guess that's all that matters...
I have had terrible experiences with online flower companies before. I decided to try 'FromYouFlowers' and was pleasantly surprised. The flowers I ordered online were the flowers that were delivered. There was an issue locating the patient the flowers were going to, but FYF went the extra mile to make the delivery. This was a very good choice.
It was quick and easy. I didn't like the surprise handling fee.

I don't see the difference in photo between ordinary and premium. You should warn in advance of shipping fees, same day fee. No, I will not use this again. I wanted an enormous bouquet. I paid the price of one. Not happy.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
