This arrangement was not as nice as previous ones that I have ordered.
After checkout I was very satisfied but yoo in delivery I will not order from this company again. I paid extra for a vase under the impression that the flowers would be arranged in the vase but they were not. Customer service told me that only same day delivery arrangements come arranged by the florist though it doesn't state this anywhere on the website. I won't order from here again.

Starts out relatively inexpensive but you go from a $39.00 product that will ship today to a final bill of $62.00. How? You pay the extra $2.99 for todays shipment then they hit you for another $4.99 for within 4 hours (the purpose of today is today) and then another $15 for handling... What are all the shipping charges for?

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
