Flowers are expensive and you can't see how much the shipping is until you've already put in your credit card. But they did come quickly and look great according to the photo that my daughter sent.
When i selected the arrangement, the price was 49.99 and no mention of what the shipping charges would be. When I am all finished entering my credit card information, the next screen brings up a price of $59, plus $20 for shipping and handling fees combined. Total price is almost double what the stated price was on the first screen. This is not right!
If the flowers are nice and last, I'll order again. This was easy and accommodating.
So the flowers arrived and recipient sent photos. They are beautiful and healthy! I'm very pleased. Delivery time was amazing - it was lunchtime when i ordered and they were delivered around 4:00! Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
