They said the local florist did not have the arrangement I selected and asked if they could substitute. I asked if I could see what they substitute, and they replied that it would be of equal or greater value. I chose the middle upgrade and the arrangement she received was quite sparse. I could have gotten something similar from a grocery store for about $25 or less instead of the $60 I paid.
The price of shipping isn't clear you have to wait til the end to see it.
Free delivery might be even nicer, but overall I like the products.

The person I ordered the flowers for said they were very nice and that they arrived when they were suppose to.
I ordered 3 different sets for 3 different towns. They were vastly different, although all were lovely. To get delivery in Colorado, I had to purchase a bouquest that was $20 more than either of the other 2 which were in Wyoming. The one in the Lakewood/Denver, CO area was not any bigger or nicer than the other 2, although, as I said, all were lovely.
Free deliver but I had to order a much more expensive arrangement than the $29.99 I had planned on...$48.03 to be exact. I'll think twice next time.
