I will be contacting customer support but the arrangement i selected was VERY different from what my friend recieved.
I understand there can be modifications and the arrangement may be slightly different but this was a completely diferent arrangement from what i chose, if that was the case i may as well have said - here this is my $ limit sent what ever you can.
We shouldnt be provided arrangement option pictures if what is going to be sent is nothing like it.
I received no answer when I e-mailed that the order had been delivered 4 days before requested. The person for whom the flowers were intended was not there. The local florist is sending another arrangement today. I have absolutely no complaint about the quality of the flowers they were beautiful.

I was disappointed that the items weren't what I ordered. I only received 3 Mylar balloons instead of the big bouquet of balloons shown on the website. The gift basket I received was mostly bags of chips instead of a basketful of different chocolate candy bars pictured on the website.
Ordering was easy, flowers were nice and fresh with nice presentation. Delivery was received a couple of hours later than scheduled; otherwise fine experience.
I would like to have the option to send the items to the same address without being charged for the service 3 times. The 3 orders go to the same address and I had to pay 42 dollars in all to go to the same house!
Pathetic. I could have gotten a bigger nicer package from the gas station for half the price.
