I would like to have the option to send the items to the same address without being charged for the service 3 times. The 3 orders go to the same address and I had to pay 42 dollars in all to go to the same house!

Service is fantastic; love the website. However, I paid extra to assure a morning delivery to my friend and that delivery time was not met. Because the delivery wasn't made in the morning as requested, the delivery couldn't be made until the next day and it still wasn't made until the afternoon. I'm really disappointed, as the flowers were for my friend's birthday and they were then late.
Fast and easy to order. The arrangement looks nothing like the picture on the website. I paid for the deluxe which says it would look as close the the website picture as possible. What was received is very small, it looks like I paid for the regular size. Very disappointed.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
