Service is fantastic; love the website. However, I paid extra to assure a morning delivery to my friend and that delivery time was not met. Because the delivery wasn't made in the morning as requested, the delivery couldn't be made until the next day and it still wasn't made until the afternoon. I'm really disappointed, as the flowers were for my friend's birthday and they were then late.
Fast and easy to order. The arrangement looks nothing like the picture on the website. I paid for the deluxe which says it would look as close the the website picture as possible. What was received is very small, it looks like I paid for the regular size. Very disappointed.
The bouquet I ordered was delivered a day later than what I originally wanted, although they did notify me. The flowers did not look like the one on the image. It had a different bow, and different vase.
I chose the premium flowers and they were significantly smaller than expected. They honestly looked like the mid-tier photo description.
This gift was for my boss and she was turning 40 so it had to be perfect. She was absolutely thrilled which I what I needed to hear. So, I guess I couldn't give any higher review than that!
I appreciate the convenience of ordering, however the flowers were not in the best condition and for the cost of almost $50...I expected them to be in excellent shape. The chocolate was great though.

Prices are not as quoted on the website...! There was an additional charge of $14.99 + $6.00 which appeared after i selected my order, that were not mentioed before i placed my order.
The order was not received until the 3rd of September after the recipient had to call the customer service team. Very poor performance overall especially off a surprise gift
I was very pleased with the product and the delivery time. I was searching for a website I had used before to send flowers to my friend's mother's funeral and could not find it. At the last minute, I could not make it so I wanted something nice and stumbled across fromyouflowers.com. I had never heard of it before but took a chance because I saw a beautiful purple and white bouquet of flower in a purple vase. My friend said everyone wanted to know who they were from and she was thrilled to know that they were from me. I was thrilled to know that they were as lovely in person as they were on the website.

Ordering was easy, price was reasonable. My only suggestion would be to show cost of S&H prior to not after payment via paypal and a message that the recipients address would be requested after payment. Otherwise, I would definitely recommend and use again.
