I found it very disturbing that you have several areas where you try to upcharge. If you show a picture and state a price for that picture then that should be the price and not only if you deluxe it for more money. Then you don't show the shipping and handling fee until the end and then require even moreb money to have it before noon. I paid for expedited delivery it got delivered after 2:30 and one of the few roses in the group was broken

Love the free delivery/service fee. Every other site I went to was going to be over $50 for a similar product. Already spent what I wanted to spend for my wife's birthday but wanted to do a little something from the kids to the house for her. $30 was a GREAT deal in my opinion.
