There is no mention of the $15.00 Service and handling fee before a customer gets to the final check out. The product cost does not re-calculate and reflect the new cost of product. I feel like I have been blind sided and ripped off by hidden cost and I will not use you again and I will not recommend your services to anyone. The flower was delivered on the second attempt the next day because the receipient was not home the first time. The store contact the receipient and said they were too busy to come back on the same day.

It' a good option for last minute/ flower's today. There is a handling fee that will appear at checkout, which is expected, but just a heads up. Regardless of my experience, the recipient was very satisfied and happy to receive the flowers and balloon.

I received the email confirmation that they were delivered at 11:23am. Given that it was for a funeral service and I had put the start time as 11:00am, I was hoping they would arrive before then, but there didn't seem to be an option for that (guaranteed earlier delivery was stated as before noon, which still wouldn't have helped, and the day before was Labor Day, which I didn't think would work for delivery to this church).
I was unable to attend the funeral so I don't know exactly how it looked or was received. I hope it went well and provided them some comfort. I'm sure the flowers were fresh and lovely.
I had same-day delivery I paid the extra 499 to have it delivered within four hours I placed my order at 9:37 AM I called at 3:15 and it still hadn't been delivered I talk to the operator and she said there were technical difficulties with the Computer so no one had saw my order The customer service was great but my item was not delivered and it showed a picture of six roses and once I spoke with the operator I found out it was only three so put up the right picture so people know what they are buying because $50 is too much for three roses
I wasn't home when they drlivered, they didn't call my phone and they didn't leave them in the complex office, they just left them on my doorstep for upto 4 hours (depending when it was delivered) until I returned-where anyone could have taken them and bugs could get on them. This fact alone would make me think twice about using this service again.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
