I received the email confirmation that they were delivered at 11:23am. Given that it was for a funeral service and I had put the start time as 11:00am, I was hoping they would arrive before then, but there didn't seem to be an option for that (guaranteed earlier delivery was stated as before noon, which still wouldn't have helped, and the day before was Labor Day, which I didn't think would work for delivery to this church).
I was unable to attend the funeral so I don't know exactly how it looked or was received. I hope it went well and provided them some comfort. I'm sure the flowers were fresh and lovely.
I had same-day delivery I paid the extra 499 to have it delivered within four hours I placed my order at 9:37 AM I called at 3:15 and it still hadn't been delivered I talk to the operator and she said there were technical difficulties with the Computer so no one had saw my order The customer service was great but my item was not delivered and it showed a picture of six roses and once I spoke with the operator I found out it was only three so put up the right picture so people know what they are buying because $50 is too much for three roses
I wasn't home when they drlivered, they didn't call my phone and they didn't leave them in the complex office, they just left them on my doorstep for upto 4 hours (depending when it was delivered) until I returned-where anyone could have taken them and bugs could get on them. This fact alone would make me think twice about using this service again.
I have used fromyouflowers a few times and have been overall happy with the service. The flowers were pretty and on this occasion, right on time. Of my two previous orders I paid the extra $4.99 for AM delivery, of which one didn't arrive until very late afternoon of the specified day and the other occasion was supposed to be Friday before noon but the flowers were not delivered until Monday morning.
Pricing is quite competive with other online floral vendors but shipping and handling costs are not revealed until the very last step of the checkout.

Great! It's hard to say how good was the service I received. My son who was the receipient of the present for his birthday was not available on his mobile for delivery coordination. The service staff called me and did lot of efforts to coordinate the delivery. It was received late afternoon when they arrived home and the products in the basket were fresh and got many compliments. THANK YOU!
I am pleased overall - but couldn't check the flowers, because I live in the Middle East and they were delivered in the US - east coast :)
I got pictures from the recipients and they look great. And it's wonderful to click here on the internet and to know that the flowers will be delivered to friends
