I found this site through iGive.com and I like you selection of floral arrangements. I sent an arrangement to a family member for her birthday. She was pleased with the flowers.
Very easy to follow. One thing: I made a mistake on the card that I wanted printed and could not edit it, so I had to back all the way out and start over just to make the correction.

The shopping experience was very nice but the flowers delivered did in no way represent the quality or standard or the ordered item. The tropical bouquet was in no way tropical and the flowers mediocre. Very disappointing.
I ordered 18 YELLOW roses for a friend's birthday. Although my friend received nice roses, they were not yellow. They were yellow with orange or red ends. I wanted FULL yellow Roses, not a mixture of colors on the yellow roses. I was disappointed when she sent me a picture. I also had to ask her if there were 18 roses in the vase because they looked so small. Next time I will call a local florist for an order.
Flowers delivered in a timely manner and, according to the receipent, they sounded just like the flowers I ordered. Would recommend to family and friends.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
