I really liked the flower spray as shown on the web-site. In particular, I liked the blue ribbon running through the flowers. Unfortunately, that was not in the delivered spray.
It was very difficult, time-consuming, and expensive to find available arrangements and delivery options for Sept 2 because of the holiday weekend. Plus an extra $4.99 for delivery before noon--definitely not a bargain after adding in all the extra charges. I hope the arrangement is nice.

Thank you for having such a variety of choices! All of my orders are for business clients. They are always very pleased with their gifts. My only negative feelings are the shipping cost even when not asking for priority shipping. I would expect to pay the high price if asking for next or 2 day delivery, but not for 3-5 day delivery choices. I would like to see an option for delivery instructions such as if person not home don't leave at doorstep, leave at office in complex. You never know if client is away for several days, if plant is left at front door in the heat they could find a dead plant when they get home! Otherwise, service has been great and I'll continue to use!

The ordering was quick and simple but the flowers were NOT fresh when delivered. I had to throw them the very next day as they all dried up
Specificially wanted same day delivery, but that did not happen.
Was asked for post code sending too, at beginning of order and would have hoped that if not feasable then that would be the flag but obviously not. Used a local florest prior.
I believe that I used this service once before a couple of years ago for an order going to Bullhead City in AZ and the samething happened.
I and my daughter do send flowers to this person (this last order) at least 2 - 4 per year.

Flowers were not delivered on original date intended; however, a complimentary upgrade was offered and she loved the arrangement. She told me the flowers absolutely made her day!
I ordered for a morning delivery and I was disappointed that they were not delivered in the morning, however they were delivered later in the afternoon. Except for this everything else was excellent.
