Good but expensive shipping/handling
Irritating that you can't go back and edit your message without completely restarting the order. I realized I had made a mistake and couldn't go back to correct it without completely starting over. The "edit" button was of no use and only allowed me to change the addresses... Overall happy with the product and flowers delivered were very nice and quick. Would definitely recommend.

I have ordered from, from you flowers twice... both times I paid extra for same day delivery both times they were not delivered same day. Horrible customer service. Never refunded my same day charge. I will never use them again.

Disappointed that ordering on Friday often results in Tuesday being the earliest delivery date-
Hard making a decision on which flowers to order for my daughter's 19th bday, but the overall experience in choosing the right flower was easy.
I was also truly impress with the same day delivery. I ordered the flowers a little after 7 am on Saturday morning and my daughter received her birthday flowers before 12 pm.
The flowers i got we very small, and didnt get what was in the picture (sunflower) on the website!
I was a bit surprise at the charge for delivery, when the website showed a price. It jumped from 20 to 60ish

The handling fee isn't mentioned at the beginning of website, so the price is not really a sale price. I do like that same day delivery is availaboe
The candy was not delivered with the flowers. I called customer service and the driver went back and delivered the candy. Had I not called, I don't believe that the candy would have been delivered.
