The real product deleivered was only marginally close to pictures of the product on the website. Maybe you should show photographs of each size of the finished product.
For some reason, the new Orleans florists always have an excuse as to why they can't do same day delivery, but this time your customer service people called me immediately and I explained that the patient was in a room and able to receive flowers. They immediately got back on the phone with the local florist and made it happen! Awesome job! I will only use your company in the future!
Ordering was easy.just so the item is what it looks like I'm getting!
I would have liked to see the Delivery Charge prior to checkout but I figured that was the extra money. However, I didn't get to actually review the order prior to saying OK to it. The delivery charge made it practically double what we were thinking.
I was completely satisfied with my order and timely delivery. However, was not satisfied with the multiple e-mails that have followed since delivery.
I found that it was difficult to handle the order for a funeral. The card would not allow me to put more than one name. Please make sure that the names are handled correctly on the card. There were three families together for this order.
When I checked at the funeral home the names were correct. It still would help the web site handled the funerals and hospitals in a different manner than a regular order (say for a birthday.)

Looked nothing like what I ordered.
Only issue i have is that i have earned a credit but online doesn't seem to have a field to allow me to redeem it.
Pros: User friendly website, fantastic same day delivery time.
Cons: Flowers were not exactly like the product pictured on line. Different flowers were used/substituted.
There are two different service charges for "same day" delivery which are only shown during the check out process.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.
