They delivered my mom's flowers 2 days before the delivery date that I chose. I wanted them to be surprised on her birthday and they ended up being 2 days early surprise
The only issue I had was if a product was unavailable I had to start the whole process over again. I loved the flowers and the timely delivery. Will definitely use again.

Thank you for the free delivery, every dollar counts at this time. Your flowers are lovely. After seeing a photo of my delivery the flowers were too tall for the vase so they slump over they do not stand up. My sister will trim them so they last longer. The colors of the roses are pretty.

It was easy to order from, but the amount of fruit was a bit slim and I know it's difficult times with the virus but that's why we ordered fruit because we are high risk people. The sizes weren't explained in detail so I picked the medium sized. And the cost of the fruit from a store was probably 15 dollars worth. But having it delivered is what we were paying for.
The handling/service charge is unexpected and expensive. BUT
The recipient said the person who delivered the flowers carefully cleaned the vase, stayed at least 6 ft away from her, and the flowers are beautiful.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.
