I paid extra to have the flowers delivered by noon the next day, I had to call twice and I wasn't compensated fairly for the late delivery untiI spoke with a supervisor. The flowers finally arrived 2+ hours late. Luckily my wife was still at work to receive them.

Without going into details, I did have a rather challenging predicament with the merchant, but they addressed it promptly and without question. It was dealt with MORE than professionally. I was not only pleased with the outcome of the conflict, but I was extremely happy with my order (the recipient was ecstatic)! In addition, the website was easy to maneuver through and very straight forward. It's was also extremely convenient to be able to use other forms of payment (Amazon, Paypal), besides just the standard credit cards.

The one nice place I ever shop online. I know you help me taking off deliver and handing but I didn't know it would bring down the arrangement. It was nothing showed on your page. It only had a few flowers and so much of an Embarrassment when I so them. I wanted it to be special. I just can't put in words.

My greatest concern is that my bouquet started out at 39.99 and ended up at 54.98. Until the very end, I didn't know there would be a $15 handling charge. This seems pretty exorbitant when you figure the florist is also making a profit on the flowers. That is the reason for my 4-star rating.I can only hope that for this price, the flowers are fresh and beautiful and last several days.
My flowers arriv. At its approx. Time they were beautiful Fri. And sat. But sunday the flowers were dry and the pedals fell from most of the 12 flowers...I followed the instructions to the T"but 2 no avail!If I wanted 2 have flowers that didn't last I would have went 2 produce junction and purchase 2 doz 4 12.00!
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
