I ordered the celebration bouquet to be sent to my daughter's college campus for her b-day. I chose this particular bouquet because it primarily had yellow flowers (at least that's what the on-line pic showed), which is her favorite color and because of the fun, colorful ribbons that were tied around the vase. My daughter sent me a pic. Of the flowers she received. They looked nothing like the on-line picture. There weren't very many yellow flowers and a single ribbon was tied around the vase. I also upgraded to the "deluxe" bouquet, yet the arrangement looked fairly small and lacking in flowers. There were quite a few "filler" floral pieces. Very disappointing.

The floral arrangement I ordered from fromyouflowers.com was even nicer than I expected. The price was very reasonable, the delivery was timely, and the plants and flower of high quality. I will definitely use from youflowers.com again.
Saving the shipping made my decision, but the flowers got delivered at 6:35pm that was a little to late I got concerned that they were going to be delivered at all, I knew it would be sometime during the day but 6:35pm a little to late.

It's a bit decieving about the "handling" charges when you advertise a certain price, then all sorts of money gets added on. I sure hope it gets to him, he is having surgery tomorrow, I don't know his room number
Hard to use with international addresses even with a paypal account. Perhaps international ordering customers should be considered as we can order using paypal
Those ratings could change if the flowers aren't delivered / the flowers were delivered after 12pm when i paid for early delivery and the tulips were substituted with roses

I contacted customer service because when I actually looked at how I was billed I was a little confused. When you click on the item it brings you to the page where you select the item and the prices are shown. There is no mention on that page that a discount plays into all of this. All I see under the "Deluxe" choice is an original price of $44.99 scratched out and next to this amount I see $34.99. I presume like anyone else would that is the price of that item. When I look at my bill it shows $44.99 -$9.00 discount and it arrives at $35.99. So I e-mailed customer service and after going back and forth with no satisfaction given to me I just gave up because the reasons I was getting were a combination of incorrect numbers and a very confusing reason to justify the numbers. It isn't about the money it's about the deception that's involved when you think you should be charged one price and you are not. The bouquet is quite nice so you have that on your plus side. In addition there is a $14.99 delivery fee and on top of that a $2.99 same day delivery charge. So in the future I am 50/50 right now if I would use your service again.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
