You need some bouquets at a lower rate considering the shipping is so expensive. The bouquet that was delivered looked nothing like the picture on the website. There were very few flowers in the bouquet.

The price was not outrageous for same day delivery, but it also wasn't fantastic. I wish I could add pictures to this comment. The flowers on the website were beautiful, but the flowers that were actually delivered were not. (I did order the standard instead of the deluxe, but it wasn't just a smaller version as the description stated.) the only similarity between the ones I ordered and the ones delivered was that there were a few sunflowers and there was a "bow" on the vase (more on that later) They were not worth the money I paid for them. I sent these flowers to my sister-in-law for the birth of her first baby. I feel like I (and the people who put together the arrangement) owe her an apology for sending her such a sup-par product. The bow on the vase was an absolute train wreck. Either it was manhandled during delivery or it was done very poorly to begin with. I received a $12 credit after my order, but will not be using this company again.

I was not aware of the $15 handling fee until after I had already put in my credit card information. I was not expecting that. I also feel that the price of the vase should be included in the original quote of the arrangement as that is part of the arrangement!

As a first time customer, I was a little hesitant to order from this company. But my expectations were met and exceeded. All of my reservations and doubts were completely put at ease when I contacted the customer service via email and they promptly contacted me right back. The staff was very polite and personable and the birthday bouquet of flowers that I ordered were absolutely amazing. I will surely choose this company first the next time that I need to order flowers!

The website was not hard to navigate, what was frustrating was not being able to go back and look at my order easily and I wanted to go back after I had already checked guest button and the whole thing disappeared. I had to retype in the information multiple times as I switched through the screens. It was very frustrating.
