GREAT PRICES AND CUSTOMER FRIENDLY SITE!
It was great. The lady who delivered was so sweet and pleasant.
Easy to shop but had hard time to edit the message without startig over. Still like everything about this so far.
My first time shopping experience was excellent! The prices were very reasonable and the flowers online were beautiful. However, I was a little disappointed at the actual arrangement when it was received. I upgraded my order to a Deluxe arrangement and when I received it, it looked like a basic size. Don't get me wrong, the arrangement was absolutely breathtaking but it wasn't as full as the picture looks online. My mother was delighted to have received it so that's all that matters! My overall experience was Great!

Very inappropriate marketing technique.
I also tried to order chocolate covered strawberries and it seems that I can order the flowers next day but can't with the Chocolate strawberries, even though it states next day.
Like the prices and the selections. The woodchip planter leaks and does not hold water well to keep the flowers fresh.
Overall was good, however different color flowers arrived then what they showed on the website and even differed from the name of the bouquet.

Flowers arrived on time, they were sent to a friend that had just lost his mother to cancer. He said that they were beautiful and that he really appreciated the arrangement.

Easy and fast
What a rip. Give me a bogus $15 discount only to tack it back on at the very last confirmation page as a handling fee. I selected next day delivery flowers and expected the price included delivery. Why make me fill out all my address and credit card info and then show this charge? So i'll order anyway out of frustration. Well i did but i won't be back.
I ordered the celebration bouquet to be sent to my daughter's college campus for her b-day. I chose this particular bouquet because it primarily had yellow flowers (at least that's what the on-line pic showed), which is her favorite color and because of the fun, colorful ribbons that were tied around the vase. My daughter sent me a pic. Of the flowers she received. They looked nothing like the on-line picture. There weren't very many yellow flowers and a single ribbon was tied around the vase. I also upgraded to the "deluxe" bouquet, yet the arrangement looked fairly small and lacking in flowers. There were quite a few "filler" floral pieces. Very disappointing.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
