Flowers were NOT sent where I wanted. They called at 3:45 PM and asked for an alternative address. Then they were'nt delivered until 6:30PM! Defeated my whole purpose, wanted them sent to her school so people would realize it was her birthday and wish her happy birthday also. On the internet it said you could pay for tguaranteed morning delivery, but cost extra. I wrote the school name on the order, but the man said they have NO morning deliveries. Someone called and said I would get an email for a gift card to place another order, which I have NOT gotten, but I wanted the delivery charge removed. Very unhappy with the whole thing. Don't know who is to blame but my birthday girl was cheated out of a nice surprise.
