I placed my order before 8:00am on 9/12/14, I paid extra to have my order delivered by 12:00pm the same day, my order arrived around 2:30pm. The person that the order was for left at 1:00pm and did not return until the following day. I would never place another order with you or recommend you to anyone else. I should be reimbursed for the money I paid to have my ordered delivered by 12:00pm. I am truly a very unhappy customer.

First order with your Florist - The flowers were for a birthday surprise but they were not delivered at the guaranteed time. I did not get to see the flowers. I was told the flowers were beautiful.
Delivery was not until 1:30 pm even though we paid for the expedited before 12 delivery.
