Nowhere did I see any message about the $14.99 transaction charge until I had already spent 10 minutes filling out all the information and was ready to confirm my purchase. Because I am in a hurry I have no choice but to continue with the purchase, but I'm ending up spending over $50 on what I expected to be a purchase of around $30. Not thrilled.
The ordering process was quick and simple. The order was promptly delivered, and the recipient sent me a picture. The balloon bouquet was beautiful. I was satisfied with every aspect of my transaction.

Delivery time was very late and I'm not happy about that. I cannot believe that to get an order delivered early in the day and not late in the day... we as customers need to pay for that! It was my daughter's birthday and she got then so late!
