Soooo ez I didn't see the flowers personally but my sister was delighted.
I paid extra for the premium service and the flowers that was delivered was in a 4 in pot with about 4 flowers in it and was about 5 inches high. Very disappointed

The arrangement, though nice, we definitely much smaller than what I had thought I was paying for, especially given the price (typically the florist I've used in the past is a larger arrangement for the same cost).
Other than that, I was happy with the transaction. I will probably NOT use this service next time, instead once again comparing cost (going w/a competitor) to help decide where I will go for future transactions.

This was much more convenient and had more options available in my area than similar competitors.
The delivery time was perfect but the product we received was nothing like what we thought we were purchasing. Not in size or quality. I only used this site for the discount I was getting but even with the discount I will never use this site again.
