The price jumped up with a handling charge of $15 at the end of the order. It didn't give me a good idea of the actual cost. I could order locally for around the same amount and it isn't much of a savings. The 25% is great but washed out by the total jumping at the last min

I paid $9 extra for the upgraded bouquet. When my wife brought them home I was very disappointed as the example picture online was much fuller and seemed to have many more flowers. I feel that I received $25+delivery worth of flowers for $68. Not satisfied with your product. Service and delivery were speedy but I've received similar good service with better floral arrangements from your competitors for similar or better prices.

My order was sent to my best friend who lost her husband one year ago. She was not home when the order was delivered so the delivery person left a note for her to call and set up a time. She called and they came out on Sunday (a day which isn't offered for delivery) to make sure she got the flowers. This means more than you will ever know. Sunday marked a year since he had gone to heaven and for her to receive them that day was amazing. Thank you for taking care of my sweet friend.

To Whom It May Concern,

I'm writing about my flowers that I ordered. On my order, I paid $4.99 to expedite the shipping and when I made my purchase at 9:51am. The expedited fee said they would be delivered within the next four hours; they were not delivered until 4:00pm. When they did arrive, the flowers were lilting severely and looked drab and lifeless. Less than 30 minutes later, we were already sweeping flower petals off the table as they were falling apart. By Sunday, most of the flowers were dead. That's ridiculous.

The ballon was great. It was a very nice balloon.

That being said, I'm very unhappy with these flowers and upset that they were not delivered within the timeframe guaranteed. I would very much appreciate if you would credit my card for the expedited charge. It was not delivered in the time promised when I paid. I would also like some sort of credit or to be reimbursed to make up for the fact that the flowers barely lasted more than 24 hours before they were clearly dead.

The service was not acceptable and I am very unhappy.

I was very dissatisfied. I placed an order for same day delivery at 10:45 am on 9/11. I didn't receive it until 1:10 the next day on 9/12. I received no communication about it. I had to contact your customer service wondering where it was. I would think if it wasn't delivered the same day it would have been a priority delivery the next day and we would have gotten first thing. NOPE! She didn't get it until afternoon. I was very unhappy with the overall experience and won't buy from again.
