I am not usually one to complain but I was completely embarrassed when I seen a photo of the bouquet I had delivered to my friend. It was lackluster and sparse. It looked nothing like the photo online. There were spaces in the bouquet and the flowers were not very vibrant. It looked cheap. Nothing like what I expected almost 50 dollars to be
A variety of flowers to pick from. Was not delivered the day I wanted it to. Was told I would get a free upgrade with the flowers and it doesn't seem like I did. Not too pleased with the fact that it was supposed to be a guaranteed delivery that day and wasn't. Was supposed to be refunded for the speedy delivery option that I chose and still haven't been and I was supposed to get a free upgrade and it doesn't look like it was upgraded. Was told I would receive a refund for expedited shipping not happening and didn't. Overall I am dissatisfied with the results. As you can see after I was told I would be refunded and haven't for the expedited shipping and was told I would receive a free upgrade because the guaranteed delivery day didn't happen and then found out it looks like less than what I originally ordered it is very displeasing.

Great service. I just wish you had a rose and cala lily arrangement that was available for sunday delivery. Unfortunately, I had to alter my preferred floral arrangement selection in order to have it delivered when i needed it to be delivered
A wonderful experience and we will order again from your company. Tracking down our college student by your company deliverer was problematic as the address given was a general one with no box or dorm number. She received it and loves the bouquet, so we are thrilled that there were no issues and she was able to enjoy them on her birthday.

I was very disappointed that the item I ordered was not available and a substitution that I had no way of viewing had to be sent in its place. I now wish I had cancelled that order and waited until the patient returned home and sent her something at a later date.
This was sent to the funeral home. They loved the flowers. I believe flowers are very sypathatic at such time.

The flower was little smaller and less than what i've seen from the internet picture.
Customer service rep was quite nice and helpful, but my order had a few problems. It was not able to be delivered on the day I ordered it because they couldn't find a florist to fulfill the order, even though the order was placed before the same-day delivery deadline. The rep offered to have the basket delivered the next day and to upgrade by giving 2 extra mylar balloons (for a total of 3) with the gift basket, but the basket was delivered with only 1 mylar balloon, not 3. I did receive the 15% refund promised, but I did not receive the $10 off a future order promised for my troubles.
Also, I wish that I would have received email confirmations of the order and any updates to it. I didn't receive any. I only got some confirmations from Amazon Payments, which I used to pay for it.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.
