I paid extra for 4 hour delivery, which I did not get, and the flowers were not as pictured and underwhelming. I called and was given various excuses, and credited my 4.99,
(not the point!), as well as a credit for 12.19 toward my next order! There will be NO future order. I was embarassed when I saw the flowers.

I received my order. I am not please with it. Although the arrangement was presented well, I appears to be quite smaller than I expected. I paid almost $20.00 to have it delivered early morning. It arrived in the early afternoon. These are the reasons that you earned one star. I am not satisfied with fromyouflowers.com.
The item that I ordered I felt did not match the price that I payed out. There was no etched glass vase, the flowers were wilted by the time the ordered arrived, and the balloons were half filled.
I was a little leery at first because I've been burned by places that weren't what they seemed.

I would NEVER order from the company again. In my case, the arrangement online was false advertisement and in no fashion came close to what was delivered. I even paid extra money for the premium arrangement. The order online showed an arrangement made of ivory lilies, yellow roses, and blue fillers (for a man)...the arrangement delivered did not have any of those colors and was more of a multi colored autumn arrangement made up of cheaper flowers (that looked like a local grocery store arrangement costing no more than $20.00)...long way from the $60 arrangement that I ordered. Big disappointment!

I got on the computer to see if I could send flowers to my mom and have them arrive the same day as my mom was being discharged from the hospital after having surgery. Being 750 miles away from her means not always being able to be there right when I want to be. I found From You Flowers and ordered flowers online, and she sent me a message thanking me for them within about 4 hours. So I'd say that's pretty awesome. She said they were beautiful. I'm just glad I have the option to do that for her and let her know I'm thinking about her even though I won't see her for two weeks still. I'm very happy with the service.
