What you offered on balloon bouquets was exactly what I was looking for. The site makes ordering easy. There was a delivery problem, however, as I paid for morning delivery and it was mid-evening when the balloons were delivered. I sent a message to fromyouflowers and received an apology and refund of the extra fee.

Great service, have always done a fine job by me... just one thing, perhaps disclose what the service fee will be (or even that there is one beyond the advertised price, unless I missed that) a bit earlier into the purchase procedure.

Ordering was fine. Service charge is a bit more than I would have liked ($10.00 is more reasonable). I hope the quality is as good or better than pictured. Flowers we different than pictured but they worked.
The flowers were beautiful, but the vase was supposed to be purple. It was clear glass instead.
