This order or transaction is supposed to be a surprise flowers for my wife at work. The flowers was not delivered on the scheduled day. The surprised was ruin. I'm really disappointed with you guys.

You're my new florist, out of town and in! I chose one of the florist picked flower arrangements and it was wonderful looking and the recipient really liked it.

The flowers that were sent did not look like the picture I ordered. It looked smaller in size, not as many roses in the arrangement as pictured and a different vase. I purchased the "middle cost" one as they said that was what was pictured on their site.
I have a picture of what was received compared to the picture that I ordered. The flowers were delivered on the day requested and it was a short order time.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
