Would like to have had the "shipping and handling" info upfront.
The flowers were not what I ordered. Also, It was to be a "Best Wishes Bouquet" and it arrived with only part of the greeting I entered and with a "Happy Birthday" balloon. I was not charged for the balloon, but it was not for a birthday.
The flowers were great I think the delivery fee was a little high.
Very easy to order from
All though it gives the option for same day delivery. It does not complete the order.
The pictures are very deceiving. The roses looked a lot bigger in the sprays. I ordered the deluxe expecting big roses in a bigger spray but instead got a spray with a bunch of leaves and clumped tea roses. Very disappointed with the product. Sticking with FTD.
Would be appreciated if you mentioned there is a service/handling fee of $14.99 before the last stage of checkout.
Excellent and easy to navigate the page
Just a small thing: I wanted to change the message on the card, I hit edit but took me only to the delivery/order information. Didn't really want to mess anything up, so I just went back to the order and checked out.
Other than that, the experience was smooth and extremely good.

Easy and convenient
Bought flowers online from " FromyouFlowers" for my aunt who just passed away recently. The flowers were delivered on time as I received a confirmation from the customer service from "FromyouFlowers". My cousin who received the flowers said the bouquet was great and simply beautiful!
I would recommend "FromyouFlowers" to my friends and relatives for they deliver flowers on tim, flowers are great, and overall price is cheaper as compared with other flower delivery-the flowers are priced low but handling and service fee is too much, unlike with "FromyouFlowers " flowers and service fee are just fair enough!
Shipping charges hit out of the blue. You should be informed of them prior to the completion of the order. I was given 20% off. I assumed that would offset shipping- but still my order was more than when I rejected sending it last night due to price. I sent anyway for a special occasion- but likely will not fall for this gimmick again. Update- When the order was received, it was not exactly what I had ordered. I ordered a sunflower bouquet and ended up with a bright cheerful bouquet with some sunflowers. I was issued a credit for the unexpected service charges to use on a future purchase. The attention from customer service leads me to give them another try.
Paid for the premium blooms. And only received 3-4 sunflowers. Granted the blooms were plenty big and she loved them so overall it was worth it. The delivery pricing structure is a bit much. Processing handling fee $14.99, same day delivery $2.99 and then $4.99 for in the next 4 hours(This one I thought was a great priced add-on). The one that annoyed me the most was the $2.99 same day when the flower arrangement was one of the same delivery specials. Grand total came to $82.96 Would I buy them again? Yes, but only with free delivery.
The cross flower arrangement was more beautiful in person! Services started at 5pm and confirmation stated that delivered arrived at 7:30. But still had service the next day. So cross flower arrangement were still enjoyed. I also ordered the day before, so I am very grateful to even have flowers delivered that fast and out of state. I live in Michigan and had them ordered online to Texas. Very impressed and happy!
