I paid extra for the order to be delivered in a certain time frame - which did not happen. I called customer service and they were prompt with feedback for me and confirmation of my order and they reimbursed me for what I had paid extra for.

But...after receiving the arrangement was half the size shown on web site. Very disapointing
I ordered flowers for my sister for her birthday. When she sent me a picture of the flowers that were delivered I was upset. They were nothing like I requested. I contacted From You Flowers and they quickly contacted the florist. The problem was resolved and a new arrangement was delivered the next day. It was a beautiful bouquet of flowers and much closer to what I had originally ordered. So glad that I contacted From You Flowers they were so kind and understanding and I appreciated their willingness to fix the problem.
Quick and easy but they were not able to deliver the day I requested. They did upgrade my purchase for free but delivered a day late. The flowers were beautiful though just timing was off.
