Disingenuous pricing. I have no probem paying for delivery, but delivery charges should be stated up front prior to billing to allow the sender to consider that in the budget as they make their selection.

Very difficult to speak with a person. I did not receive an upgrade for my delivery that was a day late which o was told i would. I was not notified it would be a day late, someone should have called me if they could not deliver on time. I was told a letter
Of appology would be sent to thr receipient, it was not. The service was a disaster. I let someone down on an important day. It was delivered the next day at 3pm. Right at the cutoff as the receipient was going out of town.

Please don't buy from them. A week ago I order flowers for a good friend of mine and by chance I went over her house. The arrangement was very different and slopy than was showing in their website. Basically I paid $50 for everything and it was not what they advertise. So if you want to impressed, show gratitude and/or apreciation don't use this Company
