I ordered a rose & lily arrangement,, colors shown were purple and pink with red - receipent received rose & carnation arrangement, all in red...Not what I ordered...
The items in the basket were in no way similar to the items in the picture when you order.
Good service but the actual delivery fees are NOT worth it... From the Florist shop to the location was less than 3 miles away & the delivery fee for a 10 min drive is crazy... BTW the flowers were supposed to be a surprise.

Update: Though I could not do it myself, the support staff was great with fixing the issue.
