I think you should be upfront about all the add-on charges. You advertise same-day delivery, then you tack on a charge, then another for morning delivery. Be clear and up front from the beginning.
Also, since I sent the flowers to someone, I haven't seen them. It would be nice if you sent a picture of what was sent. She seems happy with them however.

The initial price was $23.99, but the final charge was 29.99, same day delivery fee was also less than the final total. I expected to spend < $30, not $40. Please make all charges known up-front. True, I didn't need to make the purchase, but I was in a hurry & chose your site after visiting multiple other sites who listed ALL charges up-front.
