I got scammed by www.flowerdeliveryexpress and then had significant trouble sending from 1800flowers.com, too! You do not know the hell I have been through between yesterday and today trying to send flowers to my terminally ill sister, who is halfway across the country from me. It's a very emotional time and I do not have much patience. Your site was easy to navigate, there were no hidden fees, no weird service charges that show up AFTER you place the order... thanks for making this simple when I'm very stressed out. I only wish I had found your site first! Assuming the arrangement looks nice (which is more a function of the local shop then your site), I will be ordering all of my delivered flowers from you for the foreseeable future.
I placed three orders which was a gift to the same address but they were not delivered at the same time. That was the only thing which made me change the rating of the delivery time.
Other than that very good service but wouldnt come back for a big order.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
