The above was written when I placed my order. Unfortunately my mother in law did NOT receive her flowers in the time period that I was promised. When I contacted fromyouflowers I was pretty much blown off. I would have used another company if I had known how late they were to arrive. Very disappointed that their 'guarantee' was not true and even more so in the lack of concern when the issue was brought to their attention.
The only issue I had is that the website showed same day delivery, no time frames of when it would not be same day, and as such they called me to tell me they could not deliver on the same day, but they did offer a discount and an additional upgrade.
I would really like to rate you after I see the quality of the flowers I have been burned a few times so I am very leary
I ordered this arrangement on a Thursday for Friday delivery. I received an email stating my order was delivered. On Monday morning I received a phone message to please call From You Flowers, I did and was told the flowers weren't delivered and would be that day and I would be notified. I was not notified so today (Tuesday) I emailed and inquired about the order. I was told they would be delivered today. I was not happy at all. Then I was told the flowers were delivered Friday. This experience was extremely stressful and I had a problem last time I ordered from From You Flowers. I won't be ordering again from this company it's undependable and stressful. Very dissatisfied.
I would like to know expenses up front before entering all my card information. During the survey I would also like to have questions that allow answers for orders delivered to someone other than myself or the option to forward a survey to the receiver of the flowers.

The product was smaller and less full than in the picture. When I called for customer service about my flowers being late the representative called the owner and assured me the flowers would be there in 10-15 min. However after an hour went by I called again because I received an email saying they would not be sent until the next day. When I spoke to another representative she said they had no knowledge of an email being sent, the owner wasn't answering the phone but that the flowers were still scheduled to be sent that day. They refunded the $4.99. The flowers finally arrived at 2pm when originally scheduled for before 12pm. I was most displeased with the confusion on where they were and no one knew what was going on. But I appreciate the email back on the concern.
The flowers were delivered rather quickly, and my mother thought they were lovely. The delivery person was very polite and professional as well.

The flowers were delivered as contracted. I cannot say how they looked because they were sent to a different state and I did not attend the funeral. I have not had any feed back as to how they looked, etc. I appreciate the site and the choice of flowers that were offered. I will be a repeat customer.

I would like to review the shipping charges and total amount to be billed BEFORE I enter all of the shipping and billing and credit card info. I also wanted to get the promotions mentioned on the site where I found you, but they disappeared when I placed my order. I don't like bait and switch operations. It being a Sunday and me getting concerned about delivery, customer service was great keeping me informed as the wear abouts of my order! They did just a wonderful job for me! Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
