I was expecting the bouquet to be larger
My first order was good. The second one was not why I'm expecting for. There were much less flowers on the spray than what I think for a deluxe order.
Best value from what I could see. However, flowers were sent as a gift and I didn't see them. It was easy and great variety. I will definitely use them again.

Easy to order, looks great on-line! Price was reasonable compared to other companies. I just got feedback from the recipient...they said it looked great and was "just what the dr ordered!" (fruit)
I ordered a deluxe bouquet at 11 am and paid for same day deliver, plus an additional charge for expedited (within 4 hours) delivery. They waited until 3:20 to call me and tell me it would be impossible to deliver the flowers that day. They offered to upgrade to the next size and deliver it the next day, or to give me a 15% discount on the size I already had. Neither of these offers helped me get flowers to my friend on the day anniversary of her mother's death. I would not recommend this company.
Couldn't buy birthday balloon
The "florist choice" was minimal at best. Yes, it was colorful but lacked scent. This was small bedside arrangement that cost nearly $50
