It was fine.
I messed up on the card that I sent and was unable to go back and fix it after I was at the place order page. I would of loved to have put my name in there. Also I was unable to purchase the flowers I wanted because you do not deliver these flowers there.
Put the prices up front. It said the flowers were 27 dollars with a 20 percent discount. I am paying 55 dollars. I don't mind paying just don't try and hide the truth.
Obviously the product will not look as perfect as the picture but this is just sad. There were gaping spaces in the arrangement where you could just see the "green space filler" plant. The flowers that are there do look pretty which is why I didnt give a 1 star.
I requested & paid a bit extra for Sunday delivery. The arrangement was not delivered Sunday nor was I contacted. I called Flowers for you but was on hold listending to a recording for 10 minutes. I then sent an email & they responded saying they couldn't find a florist to deliver on Sunday so the plant would be delivered Monday. They did say the arrangement would be upgraded one level due to the delivery issue & they would include a note of apology.
The plant was delivered around 4pm Monday with no note of apology. My grandmother did say it was pretty.
Wish they'd contacted me rather than me finding out & having to contact them. Not sure I'll use them again...

When I spoke to customer service she said she would credit me... but now I see I have to order to receive the credit. Other than that, the service is good...and the selection is wonderful. The "hidden" cost of handling is a little disturbing.
The flowers seemed a little dull and lifeless. I guess you get what you pay for. The arrangement and color scheme was pretty. Thank you!

It wasn't exactly what I ordered. They replaced lilies with Gerber daisy. But my mom liked them
I'm really disappointed in the arrangement itself, not to mention that it was 2 hrs late, after paying extra money to arrive by noon. The arrangement is quite small and I chose the middle size; also the greenery added looks half dead and the alstromeria does too. Looks like something that was just thrown together by a blind person. Won't be back...
I am not a big person to order something on internet or on T V because you feel out of controll as you don't see anyone and pay before you receive it but had a good feeling about fromyouflowers had never heard of them before but felt ok with it to try. I wanted to surprise my daughter and have the flowers there when she got home from work. The flowers were in her room when she arrived and she was really happy with them all a DAD could ask! I will use them again
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
