With the Shipping charges, I think it is a poor choice to wait until the final screen to display that cost. It makes the price of the flowers not as appealing as they once seemed. The shipping charge should be displayed up front.

I wanted to change delivery date but had to go all the way back to the initial order.
Very easy to send flowers out of town to my daughter thru your system however they were not delivered on time so I probably won't use your company again. I ordered them 0n 9/21/14 and requested same day delivery but they were not delivered until 6:45PM on 9/22/14. This was not a holiday so I don't understand what the delay in delivery was. When I called by phone to check on the delivery status I was left on "wait" to talk with a rep. For over 30 min. That is inexcusable. Patricia Lowrey

The flowers that were sent were NOTHING like the ones on the website picture!
I didn't receive what was pictured on line as I order a fall harvest selection with the fall colors and received only orange flowers, not happy with the flower selection and the price I paid
I wanted to select the regular flower but the system disallowed me to select that for the deal with the free service fee.

All of the deals/ sales on the website are very misleading. Nowhere does it state that 2 deals cannot be combined and if you use the wrong one you are getting ripped off. The marketing sales technique makes me more mad. I don't feel like I am getting a deal by using the coupons. I feel like im getting ripped off/ played.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
