Couple of 4s because the item did not look that much like the picture but close enough
The flowers were purchased for my daughter for her birthday. She lives in Michigan and I live in Wyoming. My daughter is the light of my life and I wanted something to express that to her. The flowers, card, balloon and vase we're absolutely beautiful. They were delivered to her at her job. She was crying because it was so beautiful. I will most definitely order flowers and gifts again!

From the description I was given from the recipient compared to what I ordered, I'm not totally satisfied, but I realize that not all flowers are available at all times of the year. An arrangement, unless all one color of a particualr flower, are usually luck of the drawer. I will say, however, that the recipient was pleased beyond pleased with the arrangement that was delivered. Success!

The flowers were very late. No confirmation of delivery email came until the day after delivery. Poor service and minimal refund. Not a happy customer.
Seems OK, but wasn't able to edit my message when reviewing order. Also... I suggest you make it 225 characters for us guys who screwed up big time are in doghouse.
Flowers were great. Looked very fresh and they delivered them in like 2 hours from placing my order!
