You don't give the service charge until after all the credit info has been entered even though you put a total prior to that, so after you've spent five minutes entering information you realize there's an extra $15 added to your bill. It's a scam

It was very easy to order flowers on this website. I found a beautiful bouquet online as well. I opted for expedited morning delivery so we will see how this all works. Update: The flowers were not delivered the next morning which is what I requested and paid extra for. The flowers were not the same as in the photo so the overall look of the arrangement was not the same. The bouquet was small for the cost. I was quickly refunded the expedited payment fee.
I was disappointed in having to enter my payment info before I was told that it would be $14.99 shipping and handling fee so I backed out. I did receive the email for free shipping and that brought me back. I hope my Grandma will love her birthday flowers. Thank you for the free shipping.
Pricing is misleading.
The flowers were not very "Fall" looking as promised a bit disappointed with the flowers delivered
You didn't let me know there would be a handling charge for delivery until i put in all my credit card information. That's not right, I would have spent time elsewhere if I knew. The handling charge was very expensive as well.
Unfortunately, the delivery person left just as I got there and then when I called the florist to say he just left can you please send him back they were not very helpful. I even stated I would go to pick it up at their location that day, because I needed the flowers that day, and they still said no. Then I said I want to cancel the order, and that is when they finally helped me.
It was a frustrating experience and there was no straw bow around the glass vase.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
