The chocolate melted they left the flowers and the candy melted. They didn't knock on the door to even say the arrived. I order here all the time and I was happy with the weathered flowers. Need to improve service. I been on business trip and I'm just responding to my messages.

This was my first experience with this service... it will be my last! They failed to deliver anniversary flowers to my wife on time, and it spoiled the start to a special "get away" weekend for us.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
