I ordered for same day delivery. I placed the order in the morning and expected it to be delivered that afternoon. I wasn't contacted until late afternoon that the delivery couldn't be made. While I was offered a free upgrade and the refund of one of the same day delivery charges...I was told it would be delivered the next day by 2pm. Thankfully I put the recipient's phone number on the order because the delivery driver contacted him at 4pm to tell him about the delivery and he was stuck in traffic. I then had to call customer service back to confirm it would be delivered the following morning. No compensation was offered for this delivery issue. Then the delivery driver left the order with the office security that evening since the office was closed for the day. Thankfully the security had my husbands email and informed hkm of the arrival. So much for it being a surprise since my husband now knew about something and question of I had sent anything.

Wish there were more flowers for younger birthdays
This is a tough rating to give. Customer service has been excellent, and because of this, I am satisfied with this order. The flowers I originally ordered were not delivered even though I received an email sayjng they were. This concerns me because so many don't have an opportunity to follow through with those they send flowers to. Customer service, however, along with amazon (who I used to pay) fixed the situation. I will credit 'fromyouflowers' for trying very hard. But this transaction was frustrating and took up a lot of my time!

They were beautiful and she was very happy! They were even delivered the evening prior to delivery date.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
