So quick and easy! Now, For the delivery! The delivery was nice and flexible with switching locations. The customer service representative was a doll. The product was not exactly the one pictured. It said colors may vary but so did the vase which it did not state.THEN my words for the card were printed out and glued to the card, not written. And not even in a fitting way, the paper was longer on both sides than the card by about two inches. Not cool.
It was a wonderful experience. They were very pleasant to work with.
Flowers were the wrong color as well as the balloons... Not happy with this order... Too much money for not getting what I paid for...
That handling fee for 15 is insane
Delivery excellent, the first bouquet was nothing like the picture and I could have went to Walmart and got the flowers for 9.99. The second bouquet came the next day- different vase, different flowers, still only 2 sunflowers which the driver was kind enough to switch vases and give me the 3rd sunflower but I' m disappointed in the product for the price my children paid. Online service was great-though just not happy with the overall product- doesn't look like the picture for the price...
So far so good, the person I sent the flowers to was very pleased and said the flowers were lovely.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
