It would be helpful if you showed the differences between reg, deluxe or premium on the site, so I know if it is worthwhile to upgrade.
The gift did not look like the photo on the web site
Basically the outcome of your transaction with fromyouflowers will highly depend on the florist they contact with and on that florist being open and having the flowers you ordered.
They promise same day or next day delivery but all they do is send out the order to the florist and then never follow up and do not wait for a confirmation.
I ordered flowers for my MILs birthday 2 days ahead of delivery. They never showed up. They tried to call the florist but of course the florist was already closed for the evening. The next morning no one follow up with me so I called and they called the florist again - the guy told me that they will make sure to deliver that day and with a free upgrade to a bigger bouquet and that I would also receive a $15 certificate in my email. I said fine - well the flowers do not arrive again and neither does my certificate.
I called again and they said the florist is closed and could not provide any further information. I got mad and demanded a refund - to his credit this rep apologized profusely and did issue the refund.
I frantically searched for a local florist in my MILs area. The first one I came across had many options that were the same as fromyouflowers on their website. I am certain that is the florist they contract with as there is really only one other one in that area - and so I called them and they were closed for the whole week! So they do not in any way maintain a system of confirmation with their florist and do not even check if the florist can make the delivery (1800 flowers for example, did not have an option for delivery to that address for 5 days. So clearly they check who is open and who isn't).
So just do not use them. Use 1800flowers or FTD or Pro flowers - never had issue with them or call a local florist.
A little disappointed with the delivery. Ordered flowers on 9/30/14 requested a 10/1/14 delivery and they were delivered on 10/2/14 in the afternoon. I received a notification stating that the flowers were delivered on 10/1/14, but I just got a call from the recipient that they were just delivered this afternoon on 10/2/14. Didn't like the fact that you told me they were delivered when they weren't and not very happy with it being a day later then what was committed to.
Otherwise the flowers were beautiful and the recipient was very happy with the arrangement.
First time to buy flower online. If the recipient likes them; I'll be back.
Delivery a week early for a birthday gift is NOT a plus. You did NOT honor the delivery date I picked.
I paid for it to be delivered before noon and it was not delivered until after 2pm.
Delivery was too late.
So quick and easy! Now, For the delivery! The delivery was nice and flexible with switching locations. The customer service representative was a doll. The product was not exactly the one pictured. It said colors may vary but so did the vase which it did not state.THEN my words for the card were printed out and glued to the card, not written. And not even in a fitting way, the paper was longer on both sides than the card by about two inches. Not cool.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
Answer: I'm sorry in advance
Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.
Answer: Yes I have been informed that it will be recovered due to flowers not being delivered.
Answer: That's how this company works. You can't trust a date that they've promised they'll meet. I'd get a refund, and shop elsewhere.
