Thanks for caring! Thanks for the free shipping! I will shop here again. The balloon was missing and the carrier went back to get it. Also there were no bows in the pink flowers. Overall the service was excellent.

The flowers my mom received looked over-loaded with greenery and not as many flowers as pictured.
I choose same day delivery and it wasn't delivered until three days later. The first day the assured me it would be delivered the next. And the next day they sent an email confirming it would be delivered and then called me at work to say they were wrong and had "falsely advertised" same day service. The flowers were beautiful, but same day shouldn't mean three days later.
I chose the basket because it said super sweet and showed all my daughter's favourites that she misses in the Uk such as kit kats, m&ms, twix, snickers, twizzlers and crunch bars. Instead all she got was 3 kit kats, 3 reeces and 5 hersheys the rest was 20 bags of chips, no nuts no popcorn. My daughter was very puzzled to receive a basket of chips as shebcalled it. Her photograph of it was exactly that, it resembled nothing like the example and only on seeing a picture of the example did she understand the meaning behind the gift. Both very disappointed.

When my order was delivered, half the blooms were broken, the other half were dead or dying. I contacted customer service, and they sent another bouquet free of charge. Haven't received those yet, but customer service rep told me I would be refunded in full if those were not satisfactory. Woman I spoke to was very polite and very helpful.
Need to hear how the flowers actually look upon delivery
Just thought the flowers would be arranged and delivered in the vase; not in a box for the person to put together. However, she said the flowers were beatuiful and in good condition.
After my delivery not being made on time on Tuesday you then proceeded to resend the flowers and discount me 20% and reimburse me for the expedited fee. I applaud the customer service on that end.
Unfortunately the florist delivered the flowers just after the expedited time today on Thursday and my girlfriend said it looked like the flowers had been saved from Tuesday and looked pretty droopy.
I will not ever recommend using this website to anyone in fact I will recommend against using your services because clearly fromyouflowers.com is not keeping these florists accountable.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.

Answer: That's how this company works. You can't trust a date that they've promised they'll meet. I'd get a refund, and shop elsewhere.
