Shipping and handling was a bit of a shock; had planned on a $35 dollar limit for this gift. I was tempted to cancel and go straight to the florist, but read the good reviews, so gave it a try.(Sincerely hope it comes in a colored, not clear, vase as shown, however).

I would highly recommend fromyouflowers.com - not just because of the high standard of the bouquets and arrangements; but also for the ease with which an order can be placed. From my office in Glasgow, Scotland, I ordered flowers to be delivered to my niece in Montana, USA. They were delivered to her the next day. She was absolutely overwhelmed with the excellent quality of the flowers. I will certainly use this company again.

I've used fromyouflowers.com several times and have had good results.
Referencing my sympathy order placed this week -
I appreciate receiving a phone call from customer service to tell me that my plant garden could not be delivered on the day I requested. Finding a florist was a problem and I was offered an upgrade and delivery the next morning. The problem was solved and the recipient was very pleased. Thank you for your service.

Bait and switch - I will never order from them again!

I ordered the "Fall Floral Garden" premium bouquet. It was absolutely gorgeous on the website,

I had the flowers sent to a friend for a milestone birthday. She of course was delighted to get flowers. I asked her to send me a pic and i was furious when I saw what they sent.

It was unrecognizable from the pic I had seen on the website.

I paid $66.00 for a bouquet that looked like it had been retrieved from a trash can and stuck in a vase. I've seen much nicer product at Walmart for a 1/4 of the price.

I was certain that there would be no problem getting a refund considering that they have 100% satisfaction guarantee. That was a nightmare in itself. They wanted to offer to redeliver. I told them that it was for a birthday surprise, so there was no need.
They then tried to offer me $10, then $20, then $30.

After and hour listening to their crap, I put my husband on the line and they finally relented and agreed to a full refund.

Thanks for caring! Thanks for the free shipping! I will shop here again. The balloon was missing and the carrier went back to get it. Also there were no bows in the pink flowers. Overall the service was excellent.
