I placed an order early afternoon and paid extra for same day delivery. Late that afternoon I received a phone call saying my order would not go out same day but I would receive an upgrade. I expressed it was time sensitive and asked if the order could be delivered early the next day and was told yes. Noon the next day, I received a second call to clarify if I wanted one balloon or two. Again I asked if the order would go out soon (before it was too late) and was told yes. FOUR hours later I received a third call and said they could not find a florist to match my order exactly but would get as close as possible. My order did not deliver after 6pm. None of the three people I spoke to were sincere or offered any kind of explanation. I sent an email to customer service and again, the response contained no apology but just simply said my order would be delivered. And no, my order was not upgraded in size due to shipping late nor did it not contain two balloons (the reason for the second call).
Flowers look longer on picture. Bouquet is beautiful but short.
The transaction was easy, the delivery was as promised and the quality was excellent.

My order wasn't delivered on the day I requested but I was offered a free upgrade as compensation and the contact they had with me was very thorough.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.
